What is an Automation Report?
It is the report generated by our AI through analyzing your historical data and comparing it to a benchmark. By utilizing Ultimate's AI, the Automation Report demonstrates the potential for automation within your existing customer support workflow. In addition, it gives you an insight of what the actual most frequently asked questions are based on your historical data.

Create your first Automation Report
Your historical data is a must for this! Do you have data in Ultimate's Dashboard yet?
I don't have data in Ultimate's Dashboard yet
Don't worry if your data has not been imported to our Dashboard yet. You can easily import it from one of the CRM platforms we support:
In addition, you can import your data manually using a .tsv file. Detailed steps and data import template can be found in this article.
I already have data in Ultimate's Dashboard
If you already have data in our Dashboard, or have just imported it, you can generate an Automation Report with it.
- Go to Training Center > Automation Reports, and click Generate Report. A drawer will pop out from the right.
- In the drawer:

- Timeframe - we recommend selecting no more one month of data to get started

Benchmark Model - this model will be used as a benchmark to measure the automation potential of the messages to be imported

Creating another Automation Report
- Go to Training Center > Automation Reports, and click New Report.
- Select From Existing Messages if your bot has been live for a while, or From File if you're importing data manually and have a .tsv file ready
- When From Existing Messages is selected, in the drawer:

- Timeframe - we recommend selecting one month of data to get started
