Save configuration snapshots of your production or sandbox environments to capture account settings at specific times. This feature helps you review, rename, or delete past configurations without altering them. Use snapshots to track changes and maintain a history of your setup, ensuring you can reference previous configurations when needed.
A configuration snapshot is a read-only version of the account configuration for an environment, either production or sandbox, at a given time. Admins can save snapshots of an environment for many reasons, but it's particularly helpful to do so prior to making changes to your business rules and other configurations.
