Zendesk Workforce Management (WFM) is enhancing WFM audit logs by adding the most relevant events related to account settings, user management, and general task.
This announcement includes the following topics:
What is changing?
The Audit log feature captures essential information about configuration changes, including the time of the change, feature area, affected item, user involved, activity type, and specific details.
In addition to existing logged events, we are introducing the following:
- Account settings
- User management
- General tasks
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Audit logs enhance transparency and accountability within the WFM system. These logs provide customers with a clear record of changes made to important configurations that can significantly impact operations.
