Activating and deactivating Google Calendar for Zendesk WFM

Workforce Management (WFM) or Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)

Admins can allow agents to sync their Zendesk WFM intraday schedule with their Google calendar.

To activate or deactivate the Google Calendar integration for Zendesk WFM

1. In Zendesk WFM, hover over the admin icon () in the navigation bar.
2. Under Integrations, select or deselect Google Calendar.

   

3. If you're deactivating the integration, click Deactivate integration in the dialog that appears.

   When you deactivate the Google Calendar integration, the connection between the agents' schedule and their Google calendars isn't removed. Agents must disconnect their calendars from their schedule as well.

4. Refresh Zendesk after the integration is activated or deactivated.

   If you've activated the Google Calendar integration for WFM, agents can now sync their Google calendars with their WFM schedules.
