Agent Home provides useful information to help your agents manage their tickets and view recently-completed work. Think of it as a personal command center to keep agents up-to-date and help them prioritize work. For more information, see Using Agent Home.

Admins can activate or deactivate Agent Home. When activated, Agent Home replaces the legacy agent dashboard in your account.
