We are excited to announce a new feature that allows you to sort and filter your tickets in by subject in views!

What is changing?
You can now filter your tickets in views by subject. To utilize this feature, simply click on the filter option and enter the desired term in the Subject field. After applying the filter, you will see only the tickets that match your criteria.

To sort tickets by subject, simply click the arrow next to the Subject column title. This will arrange the tickets in alphabetical order.

Why is Zendesk making this change?
This enhancement aims to improve the functionality of views, allowing for more effective sorting and filtering of tickets to better accommodate various use cases.
What do I need to do?
This feature is automatically available for your account. No action is needed.
