The new Features page in the Admin Center gives Zendesk Suite customers greater transparency and control over their accounts. You can now easily view your current plan capabilities, active trials, and key add-ons — all in one place. 

This page helps you make the most of your Zendesk investment by letting you search, filter, and even export your feature list. Whether you're evaluating trial features, planning upgrades, or preparing return on investment (ROI) documentation, the Features page is your new go-to location.

What is changing?

You now have access to a centralized Features page in Admin Center where you can:

  • View all key features available with your Zendesk Suite plan.
  • See active trials and their expiration dates.
  • Explore add-ons included in your subscription.
  • Search and filter features by product area, add-on, or trial.
  • Export your feature list as a CSV for easy review and sharing.

This update empowers admins and account owners to better plan adoption, identify underused capabilities, and prepare ROI summaries.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

We know it can be challenging to understand what features are included in your plan, especially when using trials or add-ons. This often leads to missed opportunities and underutilized capabilities.

With the new Features page, we're making it easier to:

  • Gain clear visibility into what your account is entitled to.
  • Track trials and explore what’s possible with your current setup.
  • Use data to guide adoption and maximize value from Zendesk.

Ultimately, this supports better planning, stronger product adoption, and better business outcomes.
