We’re excited to announce the availability of standard actions and action flows to enhance your Copilot procedures. These additions bring greater automation and precision to your workflows, empowering auto assist to make more accurate suggestions.

What is changing?
You can now directly link standard actions and action flows directly in your procedures for auto assist.
Standard actions are internal actions that work without configuration. By linking them in procedures, you can ensure that auto assist performs the correct action for a request.
With action flows, you define a sequence of automated tasks. With this integration, auto assist can trigger these action flows directly from the procedure, orchestrating multiple automated steps seamlessly.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk is making this change so that you can elevate your Copilot procedures by combining intelligent assistance with precise automation.
