What is changing?
We are adding email side conversation support to the Android and iOS version of the Zendesk Support mobile app. With Side Conversations on mobile, your team can seamlessly collaborate with anyone - teammates, other departments or external partners - without ever leaving the ticket.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
We recognize the needs of our mobile app customers in how they use the app in cross departmental scenarios and we want to empower our mobile app customers to be able to take advantage of the core Side Conversations functionality features.
