What’s changing?
Starting October 21, 2025, the sign-in pages for both team members and end users are getting a fresh, modernized look to better align with our current UI and brand standards. While the design will be more polished and streamlined, you’ll find the same functionality because nothing is changing in how you sign in or access your account. Any bookmarks will automatically direct to the new pages.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
We’re refreshing the sign-in pages as part of our commitment to delivering a consistent and polished experience. The updated design aligns with our current UI frameworks and brand standards to provide a more cohesive look and feel to the sign-in experience.
When is Zendesk making this change?
