We’re excited to announce that agents and admins can now provide direct feedback on each auto assist suggestion via the “Leave feedback” feature in auto assist composer.

This allows agents and admins to share predefined or custom feedback about auto assist’s suggestions that will be used to improve quality and accuracy.

What is changing?

We've added a “Leave feedback” button to the auto assist composer in the Agent Workspace. This button opens a feedback widget where agents and admins can provide predefined or custom feedback about the quality of auto assist’s suggestions.

This widget sometimes also opens when auto assist is manually paused by clicking the “On” button in the top right-hand side of the composer. You can stop this widget from appearing by clicking “Ask me again in 7 days”. If this is clicked three times in a row, then the widget stops appearing.

What do I need to do?

If you're using auto assist and want to improve its quality, then encourage your agents to provide feedback when they aren't satisfied with the quality of suggestions. As an admin testing or working to improve auto assist, feel free to leave feedback as well. Your feedback helps us improve the quality and accuracy of auto assist suggestions.
