We’re excited to announce that AI Recommendations are now available across the Admin Center. This release makes recommendations more visible by surfacing them directly within the relevant Admin Center sections, right where admins take action. It also adds a dedicated Recommendations page where admins can filter through more than 40 recommendation types.

This announcement includes the following topics:

What is changing?

Until now, AI Recommendations were only available on the Overview: Copilot section of Admin Center. With this update, AI Recommendations now:

  • Surface inline within the relevant Admin Center pages. For example, a banner appears in macros when you have macro recommendations.
  • Appear on a new, dedicated Recommendations page where you can filter through more than 40 recommendation types.
  • Are visible on Admin Center Home to spotlight the most impactful next steps.
  • Automatically surface in-context and on the Recommendations page, so you can review, accept, or dismiss them without leaving your workflow.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

Admins get the most value when guidance shows up at the right moment and in the right place. By making recommendations visible where you configure settings and by centralizing them on a dedicated page, we aim to help you:

  • Act faster with contextual, in-product guidance.
  • Increase adoption of best practices that optimize operations.
  • Realize more value from AI by leveraging tailored insights from your own account data.

What do I need to do?

If you’d like to use AI Recommendations across Admin Center:

  • Make sure your account has the Copilot add-on.
  • Go to Admin Center and open the Recommendations page to browse and filter your recommendations. See Reviewing and implementing AI recommendations to automate tasks.
  • Review the banners that appear in relevant Admin Center areas (such as macros) and follow the prompts to accept or dismiss recommendations.
