Add an API or setting to change the label of the Description field on the Web Widget
I have seen this posted, again and again. The current implementation has the default label for the description field as something that neither the user nor the system can change. It is quite weird to me that the current implementation overrides what the user sets as the default description and overrides the default system set label for the field.
Below you can see that the default text for the description field is "How can we help you?" but the system default is set to "Description" and there is no current way to change this. Again, I can provide many examples that go back to the introduction of the web widget where this has been requested to be able to be modified. The irritating part of this entire decision to change from the system default and to not allow a user to change it goes counter to the entire web widget. All other settings or labels are at the very least the same as the settings used in the admin dashboard but this single field is completely ignoring the system default and any user changes to the field.
There are simply too many customers of Zendesk for the web widget to arbitrarily decide on what that field should display and not let the user change it. I have seen many posts here where Zendesk users could not use the web widget for this simple fact as the label does not fit within their field.
To be honest, I have been left in a position where I have had to find an oversight in the Web Widget code to hide the "How can we help you?" as this does not work with our current implementation of the Zendesk.
