Creating Appointments for other users
We have an internal sales team that books appointments for our field sales team. In Sell, you cannot create an appointment for another user.
The workaround to use Outlook or Gmail requires an email address which we do not have for many of our Leads.

That would be very useful for us as well, being able to book appointments for other users.

@... even go high level does this - need people booking appointments into our SDRs calendars and ZD sell can't do it in any capacity
If you have any workarounds it would save my life, but zendesk sell is currently unusable for sales right now -
Harry Bolton Sorry to hear that. Do you also need an option for your sales reps to set up meetings for other reps, or do you only need a way for your prospects to book appointments?
