Changing filters

    Hi Melanie,

I don't experience this problem.  Let me talk through my dashboard set up to see if that helps.

I have a dashboard with three tabs.  The first tab has a ticket assignee filter and a time filter.  The second tab only has a ticket assignee filter.  The third tab has no filters.

The first and second tabs share the assignee filters.  If I open the dashboard and enter an assignee on the first tab, when I open the second tab for the first time, those values are already set and the data is filtered.

The second and third tabs do not have the time filter from the first tab.  This allows these two tabs to act independently for time ranges.  The first tab filters based on the time, the second tab filters based on the assignee, but not the time, and the third tab filters on nothing and shows the data hard coded in the queries on that tab.

So for me, it's a matter of removing filters from the tabs where I do not need them to apply.  otherwise, I share the filters across tabs.

Let me know if this helps or drives you to a more specific question of your dashboard build.
