Zendesk email Outlook functionality

Dear Zendesk community,

I've searched most of your articles, but unfortunately couldn't find  100% answer of what I'm looking for. 

Apologies in advance if this is already discussed somewhere and I haven't found it. 

May you please provide me with information regarding these things: 

- If I would like to create an account with Zendesk (Enterprise   plan) , do I need two separate emails in order to registrate ?  - One for login only (just use it as username) and another one for the tickets? Example login with kremenay@zendesk.com and tickets go to - kremenay@gmail. com 

- If I want to manage my tickets from Outlook , can I add/install the mailbox to which the tickets are going , so I can reply from my Outlook or I need to add the add-on Zendesk to Outlook? Does it cost something additional?
