Sell CRM SuperAdmin Feature

As consultant we are often asked to set up accounts for clients, even each person seat, sync calendar, emails, settings... Then set up all the account at a very deep level.

What I believe would make our work more efficient would be a special account (SuperAdmin) enabled to control everything in the clients account also create the setting for each employee, of course we should collect their PWs and agree on NDA but we as consultant are often in the position to do it one by one and they give us the PW to do it already.

This would make things clearer and more official. Then they can change PW whenever they want.

In this way we would work faster and better and the client will receive more value for his money.

The SuperAdmin should be ONLY for Zendesk Certified Consultant, controlled by Zendesk, And charged for a fix price or given free (as part of the Consultant agreement).
