    Jozsef Hajdu Thanks for sharing your feedback. Although we have no plans to change the behaviour in Chat, your feedback will be considered in terms of attachment handling in agent workspace across multiples channels (email, chat, messaging, etc).

    In terms of workarounds you can do now for those situations, I would suggest using a service like Dropbox or Box and include the link to the attachment that way. If you use agent workspace with Chat + Support, both of those providers have apps in the marketplace.
