how to change dynamic welcome message online and offline admin setting to IOS SDK?

Need to show dynamically  Offline welcome message in app But  configuration from admin panel it self . when I change message on admin setting ,Message need change on iOS app also .same Online message need to replicate .

How to achieve can you please help it.

For example agent not available on any festival or holiday . need to inform customer valid message based on holiday .
