System Field in email
AnsweredHi! I would like to add more fields in the body email but not in ''content''. I want it in the same line as the system fields (Ticket #, Status, Requester...) Does anyone know where I can modify the setting and add it?

That depends.
There's the main email template that goes out with ALL emails. It can be found in the Admin center under Channels>Email>HTML Template.
I'm guessing you're referring to the notifications that go out with ticket updates, etc. For those, you'd have to modify the specific trigger action.
