Making an API Call

Hello friends!
I want to make an API call to make sure that users that come to Zendesk can check their shipping status of their packages.
I've read the articles though, and I am still confused! Does anyone have any idea on how to start?

Hi Ahmed,
We're looking to do exactly this with our ChatBot.
We'd like our customers to be able to self serve on the chatbot in a 'where is my order?' scenario, using the Make API Call function to obtain order tracking details and fulfilment statuses from Shopify, after customers have provided their order number and shipping postcode in the chat as auth variables.
Do you have any step-by-step guides or support documentation/advice on setting up API calls specifically to communicate with Shopify in this manner?
