Follow up emails from sequences not showing as a reply on Outlook

I have created an email sequence and have set the 2nd and 3rd email to send as a reply to the first email, however in Microsoft Outlook it sends as a new email and not a reply.
Is this a Zendesk or Outlook issue?
And is there any way of fixing it so the customer will see the original email when the following emails send through?
