Is there a cap or is it only limited by the instance's storage limits?

Thanks for reaching out! To answer your question, there is no limit on the number of tickets that an ned-user can raise. The only limit is the number of tickets per hour/rate limit.

Hello Ivan Miquiabas, what is the maximum amount of tickets an end user can raise per hour/day? We have an end user that got an error message saying 'Because of too many requests, we've temporarily restricted your access to this page. Try again in a minute'. How do we avoid this?
