User Message API for sending message back not wokring

We are using the Zendesk CLI tool for our Translation app to translate user messages and post them back to the Zendesk chat window. We are using the logic `client.invoke('ticket.sendMessage', { channel: value1, message: value2 })`. However, we are encountering an error: "This action can only send a message during an active chat, messaging, or direct messaging in a social channel." Even though we are interacting with an active chat, the 'ticket.sendMessage' method, which previously worked, has suddenly stopped functioning. Please suggest a solution to resolve this issue.
