Renewal and Account Reps

I am close to the end of my contract and need a sales person to contact me about renewal costs.

 

All I want is what it will cost us for 1 year or 3 years. 


We signed with you in late 22 and service has been relatively non-existent for the past 2 years. For about 6 months, we had a new "customer success manager" every 6-8 weeks, and then *poof*,  absolutely no contact. I tried to get answers to this in October via the bot, which took me on a very frustrating ~3 week cycle to get a human to contact me, and then they couldn't be bothered to figure out what time zone I was in before sending me a meeting invite to a meeting that didn't need to happen :D 

 

Feedback for the whole thing is that you need to start focusing on service after the sale or your attrition is going to cause even more layoffs.
