Approvals limitations

Hi,
Can these limitations be addressed in the roadmap soon?
- Approvals can be assigned to just one person for now (instead of a group)
- Approvals can only be managed (approved/rejected) via an email
- There were no notifications inside Zendesk that a request was approved in the test ticket, but an email was indeed received. However, this part can be resolved with a trigger.
- No template to add for approvals. Approver need to open the ticket and review it one by one.
- There is no "Approval View" to check all requests with approvals.

Thanks a lot, Riah Lao for testing the feature and sharing the detailed limitations. We shall certainly work on this feedback and include this feedback in our prioritization process during the next development planning.
One insight is There are Two views available for Now in EAP:
1. Your tickets with approval requests - This shows the list of all the tickets for which you are the Assignee and there is an Approval request submitted.
2. Tickets that have pending approvals - This shows the list of all the tickets for your Support Group that have pending approvals.
