Unable to determine support chat Open/Close state in Zendesk Unity Package

Hi, everyone!

We are currently facing an issue with the Zendesk Unity UPM package (version 3.2.0) and would appreciate your assistance

Issue Description:
We have not found a way to determine whether the support chat is currently open or closed. Our goal is to:

  • Hide banners when the user opens the support chat.
  • Restore the banners when the user leaves the support chat.

However, at the moment, there seems to be no method or event in the SDK that allows us to detect the close state of the support chat.
 

Expected Behaviour:
We would like to have a way to determine the current state of the support chat (open or closed) so that we can implement the desired behaviour in our application.


Could you please confirm if this functionality is available in the current version of the SDK (3.2.0)? If not, is there a workaround or a planned update to address this limitation?
