I have a chatbot, that is used in many websites out there. I want to configure Zendesk Live chat Dashboard with my chatbot so that when any end-user wants to get connected with an agent through my chatbot. I must be able to send conversation occurred in the chat widget via API or webhook to Live chat agent Dashboard of Zendesk. The agent can answer the end-user through Live chat agent Dashboard of Zendesk.

I have already tried various methods such as  LiveChat -> Chat API -> Create Chat. But this only creates an offline message. An offline message cannot be used to make a communication between end-user and agent.

Is there any way to implement this? As I have noticed hellotars.com is already using this functionality and I want to implement the same.

PS: I'm not looking for using Zendesk chat widget. I have my own Chatbot platform to create a chat widget.

Hi Greg, thanks for help. Do you know where can I see chat created in Zendesk agent dashboard when I create chat using https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/live-chat/chat-api/chats/#create-chat API?
