Hello

It's quite an interesting funcion, and I'd like to test it as soon as possible.

Just a quick question  In Explore, will we be available to do reports on time spent per agent on each status? It can be interesting for some KPI (Payroll, Productivity...).

That's a great question! Though I believe this is still looking with our Explore product team, so stay tune! I'm not sure about the feasibility, but I'd recommend following our Announcements page to get any updates we share including new releases.
