Search query for All tickets with status On-Hold and no Due Date set
RéponduI would like to have a search query that shows me all tickets that have the status On-Hold and no due date set.
Those do not work
status:hold due_date:NULL
or
status:hold due_date:-
or
status:hold due_date:
-

I reviewed this article Using Zendesk Support advanced search and it specified the following in the " Searching by date and time " section:
"Date property keywords - created, updated, solved, and due date) can be combined with search operators to return data from a specific date, before a certain date, and after a certain date."
Since our system needs a certain date to create a parameter for the search, this functionality is not available. I will gladly mark this as product feedback so our product team can review this for future release.
