Kanban view option for ticket

I think it would be really helpful if Zendesk allow us to view ticket in Kanban. I think it's a pretty basic thing for a ticketing system. It will make our agent see their task more easily in 1 view, instead of multiple view with different filtering

There used to be a Kanbana app that was retired. Would be great if we could get it back.

This is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle.
