Hi Zendesk Community!

Our GrowthDot team is currently working on an exciting new feature for our CRM and Deals app – a Kanban Ticket Board.

The idea is to help you manage your support tickets in a more visual and efficient way. With the Kanban board, you’ll be able to organize and track tickets through different stages, prioritize tasks, and boost overall productivity—all in one clear, easy-to-use interface.

Before we roll it out, we’d love to hear some feedback. 

Would this feature be useful for your team’s workflow? Any specific functionalities or improvements you'd like to see?
