    Hi Michael, 

    If you want to include custom HTML or design to have a link or checkbox in the pre-chat form, you will need to go the Web SDK route.

    Some customers just put a short link in the pre-chat form or they set a proactive trigger to send any terms and conditions when the chat request is sent and in the queue. Those are two options you can try that goes around having to build something custom using the Web SDK which is a bigger investment, but could make sense if you also need other widget customisation for branding.
