A requirement for end-user usage of 2FA is a must.  While it is “nice” to provide the option to the user, we really need to mandate it's usage in our environment.  Hoping this can be completed without delay.  Thanks!

CommentaireHow to solve issues with payments

Can someone please contact us on our invoice.  A help ticket had been opened but was closed saying there was an open invoice to pay.  Our account is due for 6/26/2025 and there is no open invoice.

In our environment all other business solutions require the end-user to use 2FA to authenticate themselves.  It's been out there for a few months, and users are not opting to take advantage of this as it is too easy to miss or even be ignored.  For security, we require a solution that requires the end users use 2FA.  The reasons have been noted in comments above.

2FA for end users is under consideration and is on our short term roadmap.

Any idea on a release date for this? Hoping this remains in the short term, because we know what John Maynard Keynes noted about the long run.

I agree 100% with David's comments above.  It's overdue that MFA be offered on the end user side.

Hi Darenne,

We are looking for additional security when our users (end user consumer) signs in to our help desk.  Ideally, we'd like to see both the following authentication options:

  • Email verification code to email address on file;
  • Text a code to their cell phone number on file, or;
  • Allow them to use an authenticator such as Google Authenticator, Authy, Symantec VIP, Duo Mobile or Microsoft Authenticator.

Since this is an end-user allowing them multiple options to authenticate would be crucial to a good user experience.  Thanks!
