Hi 1263082240069,

 

Do you know how to delete web widgets after they are created? We have one widget for each of our 5 brands, but two of them were created for testing purposes and are now making it impossible to create production web widgets for those brands.

Please advise.

Hi Paul!
 
It's not possible to change the brand of a widget. When you create a widget, it's created based on the brand information, such as the script.
You may want to create a new widget instead for that other brand.

1263082180589 is there a way to change the brand associated with a messaging widget after initial creation? I have one that I need to route to a different brand than it was originally assigned to.
