    Hi Sejal,

    Generally speaking, custom fields use a slightly different syntax when setting via the Ticket API:

    Ensuring that you have a "custom_fields" array with each custom field's ID and value specified would be a good starting point. You can also test each custom field individually and see if the issue coming from a specific custom field.
