Feature suggestion here:
We often have a single ticket from a customer that during its lifetime may end up actually covering multiple issues. This often leads to having a single ticket with comments/communications covering various issues that can soon become confusing but too late to open a new ticket for.
For scenarios such as this, it would be great if we could open a new ticket and Tick/Check certain customer/internal comments to migrate across while also allowing us to keep the timeline of the selected communications.
I hope this makes sense, but please let me know if I need to clarify on this some more :)
