创建面板
- 在 Explore 中,单击左侧栏中的面板图标 (
)。
- 在面板库中,单击新建面板 > 使用 Beta 生成器。
- 在选择空白面板后,单击选择。
- 单击右上角的加号图标 (+),然后选择实时数据。
- 搜索并选择队列 - 列表。该组件将添加到您的面板上,并包含列的最新受支持实时指标。
- 单击右上角的加号图标 (+),然后选择实时筛选。
您可以阅读本文章,了解可用的实时筛选。 - 根据需要调整组件的大小和顺序。
- 单击左上角的铅笔图标 (
),并为面板指定一个描述性名称,例如自定义全方位渠道队列业绩。
- 要自定义表格,以仅显示所选列,您可以单击铅笔图标 (
),选择列可见度,然后移除或添加列。要移除列,您可以取消选择工单标签,或打开排序下拉列表,并取消选择不需要的列。要添加列,您可以打开排序下拉菜单并选择所需的列。无法移除显示队列名称的列。
- 单击保存。
- 根据需要分享面板。
完成后,面板应如下图所示:

Hey, I want to build a similar dashboard but more of to track live agent login hours, such as Total login hours, total breaks taken, state wise duration at an agent level etc.
This is will help us to track the agents better from an governance standpoint and will directly have an impact on agent efficiencies.

Is the “drill” feature coming in the “Work in queue”?
I would like to see a list of tickets that are in the queue.

1263169205570 thanks for raising this. The feature is actually available to all users with access to Live Data in Explore, but adding Live widgets to the dashboard in only Enterprise feature. At this moment there is no precanned dashboard with live queue component, so the Professional users do not have access to it. We will be releasing precaned dashboard with queues in the next few weeks, so the gap will be closed but in the meantime that is indeed only accessible for Enterprice. I will let you know when the new precanned dashboard is live.

Hi 1264158222289 , are you sure it's available for professional plans? We meet all the requirements, but I don't see the ‘live data’ reporting data as mentioned in the article.

Hi, the article in the header mentions this is Enterprise (Plus) only, but the recipe mentions Zendesk Explore Professional or Enterprise.
Can someone confirm which Suite plan I need for this to work?
