Add an undo and recall button to Agent Workspace

1. If there is an undo button, when agents edit the content of reply, they can press this button back to previous content.
2. If there is a recall option that after agents send replies, they can recall this message within a certain time and edit the content again, it would be very helpful!

This is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. That would really help with mistakes made by the fast-paced work. Zendesk could simply delay the sent emails with 30 seconds-1 minute and allow an undo button during that time.
