Why aren't comments from Facebook posts being added to tickets? Follow

    Is this still the case? 

     

    And if so, is there anyway to extend that one week threshold?

    If someone comments on a post after the 7-days, does it create a new ticket? Or it doesn't appear in Zendesk at all?
