How do I find out who is the owner of my Support or Chat account?
You can locate your account owner in many places in your account depending on your access.
Admin Center settings:
Discover your account owner in your Admin Center > Account details > Account contacts > Account owner tab. Use the dropdown menu below to select your subdomain and enter your account to the Account owner tab:
To find the Support account owner, go to Admin > Manage > People and select agents. The agent who is the owner has Owner next to their role: Administrator (Owner).
Legacy Chat only:
To find the Legacy Chat account owner, from the dashboard, click Settings > Agents. The account owner has Owner listed as their role:
