    Can we use chat for light agents?

    Hi Ivan,

    You need to have a full Support License in order to grant a Chat license AFAIK...

    I just tested this out and actually, with a Light Agent you *can* provision a Chat license. I'm shocked! I tested on a Legacy Enterprise account, though, so I'm not sure that works on all plans.
