    Is it possible to create a non-numeric query?

    I'd like to create a wordcloud to see the most common words written in or the most common ticket tags used. But it seems that I can only create numeric queries?

    Hi Kristie, if you add COUNT(Tickets) to the Metrics panel and Ticket Tags to the Columns panel, then set the visualization to Word Cloud, that should give you the results you want. Hope this helps.

    Is there a way to create a query using metrics from two different datasets? For example, if I wanted to create a query for tickets with Knowledge Capture activity (Guide dataset) compared to total tickets created (Support dataset).

    Hi Ryan Boyer, this isn't currently possible. You can combine queries that were created from different datasets on the same dashboard though I realize that isn't quite what you're looking for.
