If your account has the viewer role, you can view any dashboards that have been shared with you in the dashboards library, including the pre-built dashboards. If you're an editor, you can view any pre-built, shared, or owned dashboards in the dashboards library. Use this article to learn about how to access dashboards.
Note: The information displayed on a dashboard is refreshed every hour when you use Zendesk Explore Professional, and every day when you use Zendesk Explore Lite.

To view a dashboard
- Click the dashboards library icon (
).
You also start in the dashboards library when you select Explore (
) from the product tray (
) in Zendesk Support.
- Click the Settings icon (
) to the right of the dashboard name you want to view.
- Select Open from the settings drop-down list.
The dashboard opens for you to view.
You can also open a dashboard by clicking the dashboard name.
