    So (this is dumb question) is this like Instagram where you can verify your self for people to tell that it is really you?

    Hey Nyannah,

    Whether an email address is verified or not is only visible to agents on the account. End-users would not be able to see if someone has a verified email address. This feature is to let Zendesk know that the user contacting you is the owner of the email address they are reaching out from.
