In the Communications Center you’ll see a tab called Untracked Emails. This is where you'll find email addresses from senders that are associated with your synced email account, but are not registered as a lead or contact in Sell. You can use this view to add a sender as a Sell lead or contact.
Only the user who owns the synced email account can see untracked emails in Sell.
To add an untracked email address as a lead or contact
- From the Communications page, select the Untracked Emails tab.
- Locate an email message from a recipient that you want to add as a lead or contact.
- Click the Add as Lead or Add as Contact button.
The new lead or contact is created and you’ll see their email messages in the new lead or contact card, after the next syncing of your email integration (see Integrating email with Zendesk Sell).
