Hello, I made a mistake by purchasing $250 credit instead of $50. I want the invoice to be deleted and replaced with the $50 credit. Thank you

Hello Diego,
 
Zendesk does not have any native integration with Google Voice. I also found this post from the Google Voice forum, which mentioned, Google Voice is intended for individual use, not integration with Zendesk, and has no published APIs.
 
However if your Google Voice number supports SMS, you can port that number to Zendesk Sell.

If you want to use a local number (Australian in our case), you need to upload docs for verification.  Weeks later, still no reply.  Heads up if you want to use this feature in Australia it wont happen quickly….

Can I use my DialPad Voip number as bring your own number in Zendesk sell? Does this incur additional charges?

Not natively possible to use Dialpad with Zendesk. You'd need use something like Zapier in order to use Dialpad with Zendesk: https://zapier.com/apps/dialpad/integrations/zendesk-sell
