I have multiple brands in my account, can I only apply SSO for users in one brand and only use Zendesk authentication for the other brands?
Answer
No, SSO is applied to the entirety of the account and not specific to a brand on the account. Natively it is not possible to apply different SSO options to individual brands unless using a custom script for JWT.
