I have finished my Talk trial and don't want to purchase a Talk subscription. What do I need to do?
Answer
Nothing, Zendesk will not automatically continue your Talk subscription after the trial period is over. Zendesk will continue to send you reminders just in case you decide to change your mind. The account owner will receive a reminder email after 30 days of no activity on a Talk number. The next and final reminder email will be sent to the account owner after 53 days of no activity on the Talk number.
The Zendesk Talk number will be removed from your Zendesk account after 60 days of no activity on the Talk number.
