If you create articles using Knowledge Capture, Guide admins can view a list of all articles that have been created using the Knowledge Capture app. This can be useful for reviewing or assigning new articles.
You must be a Guide admin to view the Knowledge Capture article list.
To view the Knowledge Capture article list
- In Guide, click the Manage articles () icon in the sidebar.
Your All articles list opens by default.
- Click Tasks > Captured Knowledge to see a list of articles created using Captured Knowledge.
- If you'd like to view an article in the list, click the article's title.
By default, the article opens in edit mode. From there you can review the article or assign the article to another user.
